Cancellation Policy

For one-on-one sessions, clients are making a request of their preferred time. They will receive confirmation via text/email of this time. Clients will receive confirmation 24 hours prior to their appointment. If cancellations are less than 12 hours from the start time of appointment, clients may be billed for the missed service.
